Trade Marketing Specialist

• Join a high-performing FMCG business in a hands-on Trade Marketing Specialist role with genuine ownership.
• Own end-to-end trade marketing activations across grocery, convenience and broader Off Premise retail channels.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and external agencies to deliver impactful retail activations from concept through to execution.
• Lead POS development, retail media activations, equipment programmes and post-campaign analysis.

• Proven Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing experience within FMCG.
• Experience delivering end-to-end activations from planning through to execution.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and genuine passion for trade marketing.

• Own end-to-end trade marketing activations with real autonomy.
• Collaborative team with strong cross-functional support.
• Broad role with genuine ownership and career development.
