About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives across the New Zealand market. This role will be responsible for developing market strategies, managing flagship campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and driving brand growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing premium consumer brands or large-scale marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marketing campaigns and strategic projects across New Zealand.
* Drive project initiation, market research, and the development of comprehensive marketing strategies and execution plans for flagship campaigns, brand initiatives, and new business opportunities.
* Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and key stakeholders; manage commercial negotiations and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and operational planning to ensure successful delivery against business objectives.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate campaign execution, resolve operational challenges, and ensure seamless market implementation.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse market data, prepare project updates and post-campaign reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
* Develop annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and market-specific strategies to strengthen brand awareness and influence across New Zealand and other region.

* Native-level English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent the brand effectively with external stakeholders.
* Established professional networks and strong understanding of the New Zealand market.
* Demonstrated knowledge and insights into the premium men’s consumer goods sector.
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proven project management capabilities, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to take ownership of projects from concept through to execution.
