Ingenio is partnering with a fast-growing Irish SaaS company that's investing heavily in its next stage of growth. They're looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of pipeline generation and help shape the company's go-to-market strategy.

🎯 What you'll be doing

• Own the demand generation strategy with pipeline growth as your primary KPI
• Build and optimise campaigns across content, SEO, paid media, partnerships, and other acquisition channels
• Improve the customer journey from first touch through to qualified opportunities
• Work closely with the Sales team to align campaigns with target accounts and revenue goals
• Optimise website performance and conversion rates
• Test new growth initiatives, measure results, and scale what works
• Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness

✅ Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
• Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (content, SEO, paid media, partnerships, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and works closely with Sales to optimise funnel performance.
