A leading hospitality business in Kildare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of a multi-department hospitality business
• Lead, coach and develop departmental managers and teams
• Drive revenue growth, cost control and overall profitability
• Monitor KPIs and implement operational improvements
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all areas
• Support recruitment, training and employee development initiatives
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and company policies
• Act as a visible and hands-on leader across the operation

Requirements

• Previous senior management experience within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, food & beverage or a related customer-focused environment
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Experience driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Passion for hospitality, team development and customer service
