As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Sales Product Marketing Manager.
The Sales Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the execution of retail marketing initiatives across the Energy sales network. As part of the CEX & Sales Product Marketing team and reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer - Energy Unit, this role ensures consistent brand execution, impactful point-of-sale activation, and seamless collaboration across commercial functions to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of retail marketing initiatives across stores, dealers, and partner points of sale.
- Translate product propositions and marketing campaigns into channel toolkits, POS materials, and retail execution guidelines.
- Ensure a consistent customer experience and strong brand and product visibility across all sales channels.
- Plan and oversee the production of POP materials, including stands, leaflets, posters, wobblers, and digital signage.
- Develop retail toolkits for product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales activations in collaboration with Marketing Communications, Product, and Sales teams.
- Manage the retail activation calendar, conduct store and dealer audits, and identify improvement opportunities through feedback loops
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Sales Product Marketing.
- Experience within the Energy, Telecommunications, or Retail industry, with a strong background in in-store execution and campaign roll-outs.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing KPIs, including footfall, conversion, leads, sell-out, adoption, and POP compliance
- Commercially minded marketer with strong field orientation and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing Communications, Procurement, and external agencies.
- Ability to translate brand campaigns into effective and scalable retail execution
