Aufgabe

The Production Service Marketing team is part of the global Production Service Business Unit and has the responsibility to develop profitable business with Support and Service of Advantest Products like 93K and CREA Semiconductor Test Systems and Handlers . The team defines the Support & Service offering around Advantest Hardware Products. Production Service Marketing cooperates with Product Generation Teams on defining the Support and Service for future products. Production Service Marketing supports and cooperates with our Service Sales and Account Teams . We drive the definition and development of new Services to increase Service Ratio for Production Service in our installed base. Roles and Responsibilities: Production Service Product Marketing: Responsible for Projects related to 93K Production Service Marketing Support lifecycle of 93K HW options and subsystems Analyze current Market Situation and environment Define solution for 93K Cards Define Spare parts pricing and strategy Cooperate with HW product generation team so that HW products have a complete set of Support & Service offerings to enable market success of a solution and to maximize service and support revenues and profit Develop new services products to add value to a support agreement Ensures critical success factors and key processes are identified and managed Develop promotion plans and material Introduction of new Services and Products to our customers

Qualifikation

Required: Good understanding of HW products and markets Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Ability to travel internationally Project management experience Proven track record in achieving results in a changing and new environment; Excellent communication (internationally) Detail oriented to make sure strategies are implemented Proactive, self disciplined and highly motivated Desired: Experience in Sales or Marketing Experience in cooperation with HW products Team Experience in Support and Application engineering Experience in Sales Marketing and Business Development of Services Experience in Sales Marketing and Business Development of Semiconductor Test Systems or Handlers
