Gadsme is redefining how brands engage with their audiences by pioneering non-intrusive, in-game advertising. Our technology enables advertisers to place native ads directly inside video games, seamlessly integrated, globally scalable, and built for real player engagement. We work with a wide range of brands, media agencies and publishers across EMEA, the US, and globally.
Founded in 2020 in Paris, Gadsme has quickly established itself as a leader in gaming advertising with the most advanced technologies in the industry. After raising $8M in a Seed round in 2022, we've expanded into the UK and US, validated product-market fit, and hit profitability in 2024. Our team and client base are growing fast, and it's now time to make sure the market knows it.
This is Gadsme's first dedicated marketing hire, a genuinely central role. Advertising is a business built on perception as much as performance: for Brands, Agencies, DSPs, SSPs and resellers to trust Gadsme with their budgets, they need to see us as a credible, established leader in our space, not a challenger. Your job is to build that perception, and to arm our sales team with everything they need to convert it into pipeline.
You'll start hands-on: producing the core marketing assets Gadsme needs from scratch (one-pagers, sales decks, case studies, whitepapers, PR) and working in lockstep with the sales team on what actually helps them close. As the function proves its value and the team grows, the role is designed to evolve into a broader marketing leadership position.
What You'll DoSales Enablement & Product Marketing• Own the commercial narrative: translate Gadsme's technology and value proposition into clear, compelling messaging that supports every stage of the sales conversation.
• Build and continuously update the core sales toolkit (one-pagers, decks, case studies, competitive battlecards and datasheets) in close partnership with the sales team.
• Turn client and campaign results into proof points and case studies that make Gadsme's impact tangible to prospective Brands and Agencies.
• Perform competitive analysis and keep the sales team armed with sharp, current positioning against alternatives.
• Act as custodian of the Gadsme brand: voice, visual identity and messaging consistency across every touchpoint.
• Develop research-backed insights, whitepapers and industry POVs that position Gadsme as a trusted authority in gaming advertising, not just a vendor.
• Manage and grow Gadsme's presence on LinkedIn, SEO, LLM and other relevant channels to keep the brand consistently visible to the industry.
• Identify and execute PR opportunities (press, awards, partnerships) that build Gadsme's reputation with Brands, Agencies and the wider ad tech ecosystem.
• Support inbound marketing and event strategy to keep Gadsme top-of-mind with major media agencies and brand decision-makers.
• Position Gadsme at industry events, roundtables and conferences that build direct relationships with the market.
• Work closely with product and sales leadership so marketing output is always grounded in what the market is actually asking for.
• Manage relationships with external design, PR and freelance partners to extend output without building a large internal team.
This role is deliberately structured in two phases, and we'll be transparent with you about both from day one.
Phase 1 — Build (roughly the first 6–12 months): you are the entire marketing function. Your focus is producing high-quality assets from scratch, establishing Gadsme's market presence, and proving out what works.
Phase 2 — Lead: as the function demonstrates impact on pipeline and brand awareness, the role is expected to grow into a broader marketing leadership position with greater ownership of strategy, budget, and eventually a team to build, as Gadsme continues to scale.
• 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within ad tech, media owner, programmatic advertising, or media/agency environments.
• Proven ability to produce marketing assets independently and from scratch. This is a hands-on, builder role, not a strategy-only or purely managerial one.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn a technical product into a simple, memorable business narrative.
• Comfort working closely with sales teams and being measured, in part, by their success.
• Some experience with PR, events, or industry relationship-building.
• Native French (mandatory).
• Fluent English (mandatory). Most communications are in English.
• An entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset, energised by building something from the ground up in a fast-moving startup.
• Interest in using generative AI tools to accelerate content and design output.
• Ability to travel when necessary.
• Base salary: competitive, benchmarked to market for a 5-8 year B2B marketing profile in ad tech/gaming.
• Performance bonus linked to marketing and commercial impact.
• Paris HQ.
• The opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up at a profitable, fast-growing company, and to grow into its leadership as it scales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
• You must write perfect in French and English
- You must know the advertsing industry
- Have an entrepreneurial mind set and team spirit
