We're working with a leading business in the student accommodation sector that's looking to appoint a Marketing Campaign Manager to support the continued growth of its third-party portfolio. This is a brand new & fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious marketing team where you'll have genuine ownership, plenty of variety and the chance to shape campaigns that directly influence occupancy and revenue.


The Opportunity

As Campaign Manager, you'll become the main marketing contact for a portfolio of student accommodation clients, helping to deliver marketing campaigns that drive occupancy, revenue and customer engagement.


You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Own and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, CRM, websites, social media, content, partnerships and events.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as their day-to-day marketing contact and providing strategic recommendations to improve performance.
  • Lead the successful launch of new student accommodation properties, coordinating everything from website launches and creative assets to CRM journeys and campaign delivery.
  • Work closely with internal specialists and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
  • Analyse campaign performance, present insights and identify opportunities to optimise activity and maximise ROI.
  • Contribute new ideas and continuously improve marketing activity across a growing portfolio of student accommodation properties.


About You

You'll be an experienced marketer who enjoys balancing multiple projects and building strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. You'll be commercially minded, highly organised and confident managing campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting.


We're looking for someone with experience in:

  • Delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Building strong client or stakeholder relationships.
  • Paid media, CRM, SEO, website optimisation and digital marketing.
  • Google Analytics and campaign performance reporting.
  • Managing external agencies and suppliers.
  • Coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience within student accommodation, property, hospitality, higher education or an agency environment would be advantageous, but we're also keen to speak with candidates who have transferable experience from other customer-focused sectors.
