Scope
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Support and execute day-to-day marketing and operational objectives aligned with established KPIs, brand standards, and business goals.
- Lead hands-on execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, media, and on-site channels.
- Support the development and implementation the Center’s annual Customer & Content Strategy (CCS), including local activation of national campaigns, Center positioning, and localized storytelling.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid media, email marketing, website content, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Support media planning and buying (digital, social, out-of-home, and local media), ensuring efficient spend, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.
- Create, manage, and track the Center’s annual marketing budget, ensuring adherence to CAM and marketing expense guidelines in partnership with the GM
- Analyze campaign performance, traffic, sales, and engagement data to inform optimization and future planning.
- Prepare presentations, recaps, and reporting with a clear business and marketing performance focus.
- Build strong retailer relationships through regular in-person engagement and a deep understanding of retailer business objectives.
- Proactively solicit retailer participation in marketing programs, digital campaigns, promotions, and events to drive mutual value.
- Partner with Leasing, Facilities, Security, and Risk Management teams to support Center initiatives and operational excellence.
- Champion the customer journey, serving as the voice of the customer by translating insights into actionable marketing programs.
- Support initiatives designed to increase traffic and sales, with emphasis on new store openings, retailer promotions, experiential events, and digital engagement.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Center, supporting local community partnerships, non-profit outreach, influencers, and service providers.
- Support the Shopping Center Management team with operational responsibilities, including Manager-on-Duty coverage as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and environmental regulations.
- Uphold corporate shopping center policies and procedures for both front- and back-of-house operations.
- Operates with integrity, authenticity, and accountability.

- Curious, growth-minded, and open to experimentation and continuous learning.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shopping center, retail, real estate, property management, hospitality, or related marketing roles.
- Demonstrated interest or knowledge in real estate, retail development, leasing, or property operations.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience.
- Exempt
- $73,000 -$95,000 per year + Discretionary Annual Bonus
