Manager, Operations & Partnerships (AdTech)
Indexed description
What You'll Do
- Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints with product, campaign strategy, and data teams to execute existing partner programs.
- Ensure follow-through on operational cadences and action items coming out of partner conversations and internal syncs.
- Own recurring performance reporting and dashboards: pacing and audience-level analysis that leadership and partner-facing teams use to make decisions.
- Build first-draft financial models, pacing scenarios, future-quarter projections, and QBR materials, for leadership review and sign-off.
- Own campaign ops, QA, and documentation: launch tracking, click-tracker migrations, and the playbooks that keep syndication partners running cleanly.
- Maintain the operational playbooks that let syndication scale across partners without reinventing the process each time.
- Support new partner accounts as the book grows, working alongside account owners on any advertiser-side coordination touching those partners.
- Surface new partnership opportunities as they come up, routing them to leadership for strategic evaluation.
- 3-5 years in marketing operations, campaign management, or a partnerships-adjacent role, ideally in adtech, commerce media, or performance marketing.
- Comfort building financial models and pacing dashboards from scratch. You don't need to own the strategy, but you need to be fluent in the numbers behind it.
- Strong documentation instincts. You default to writing the playbook, not just doing the task.
- Experience with campaign ops or QA workflows: launch tracking, tracker migrations, or similar.
