This is your opportunity to act as the local heartbeat of Bolt's brand in France. You'll combine on-the-ground market insight with global strategy to deliver marketing that genuinely connects with local audiences. From generating buzz and building partnerships to executing social-first campaigns and supporting growth across Rides, you'll own how Bolt shows up in your market.
You won't just execute — you'll think holistically about growth. That means managing budgets, identifying high-impact opportunities, collaborating closely with central brand, social, performance, and growth teams, and ensuring that global campaigns resonate locally. You'll report to the Regional Marketing Manager and work cross-functionally across an ambitious, international organisation, managing a team of two marketing professionals.

C’est l’occasion pour vous d’incarner le pouls local de la marque Bolt en France. Vous combinerez votre connaissance terrain du marché avec la stratégie globale afin de déployer des actions marketing qui créent un véritable lien avec les audiences locales. De la génération de visibilité à la création de partenariats, en passant par l’exécution de campagnes pensées pour les réseaux sociaux et le soutien à la croissance de l’activité VTC, vous serez responsable de la façon dont Bolt se positionne sur votre marché.
Vous ne vous contenterez pas d’exécuter : vous adopterez une vision globale de la croissance. Cela implique de gérer les budgets, d’identifier les opportunités à fort impact, de collaborer étroitement avec les équipes centrales chargées de la marque, des réseaux sociaux, de la performance et de la croissance, et de veiller à ce que les campagnes globales résonnent localement. Vous serez rattaché(e) au Regional Marketing Manager et travaillerez en collaboration avec différentes équipes au sein d’une organisation internationale ambitieuse, tout en encadrant une équipe de deux professionnelles du marketing.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Own and execute the local marketing strategy in France across Rides, driving measurable growth. Définir et exécuter la stratégie marketing locale en France pour l’activité VTC, en générant une croissance mesurable.
- Plan and deliver social-first campaigns that generate earned attention and strong local engagement.
- Lead local social media execution and collaborate with creators and influencers to produce high-impact content.
- Identify and activate scalable local partnerships that support acquisition and brand growth.
- Support vertical-led initiatives such as airport activations, venue branding, car branding, and local rollouts.
- Manage budgets, track performance, and use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and investment decisions.
- You have experience in marketing, ideally within app-based platforms, marketplaces, or consumer brands.
- You have experience leading small, high-performing marketing teams across demand and supply initiatives.
- You have a strong understanding of brand, social, partnerships, and/or performance marketing.
- You have a track record of managing budgets and optimising campaigns against metrics including CAC, CPA, CTR, and LTV.
- You are able to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment, combining cultural instinct with analytical thinking.
- You can communicate fluently in English and French.
