Regional Marketing Manager

A growing multifamily owner/operator is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to support the marketing strategy and performance of a large apartment portfolio. This individual will partner closely with operations leadership and onsite teams to drive occupancy, lead generation, resident retention, and brand awareness across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute property-level and portfolio-wide marketing strategies
• Partner with Regional Managers and onsite teams to improve leasing performance and occupancy
• Analyze campaign performance, lead sources, conversion metrics, and market trends
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including ILS management, SEO, PPC, social media, and reputation management
• Support lease-ups, rebranding efforts, and new property transitions
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and technology partners
• Train and mentor onsite teams on marketing best practices and leasing initiatives
• Travel regularly to properties throughout the portfolio as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily marketing experience
• Experience supporting a portfolio of 5,000+ apartment units required
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, leasing, and digital marketing strategies
• Experience with lease-ups, reputation management, and lead generation campaigns preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation: up to $105,000 base (DOE) + bonus
