We are a self-owned, self-managed, mid-sized property management company in Coral Gables seeking a REAL ESTATE Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Marketing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing professional who is passionate about social media, digital marketing, and real estate. You’ll work closely with Marketing Strategy and Social Media to help analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and drive smarter marketing decisions across our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on digital marketing traffic and performance across websites, paid media, and social platforms
• Use tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior, conversions, and campaign effectiveness
• Support SEO and geo-targeting efforts to improve visibility and local market performance
• Collaborate with Marketing Strategy and Social Media teams to turn insights into action
• Monitor trends in digital engagement and recommend optimizations
• Assist with dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for leadership
• Help maintain data accuracy across marketing platforms and tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years, ideally 5+ years of experience working in MARKETING as a specialist or above.
• Hands-on experience managing Social Media accounts (20 + account management)
• Working knowledge of SEO concepts and local/geo-marketing strategies
• Comfortable reviewing and interpreting marketing traffic and performance data
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

BONUS AND PREFERENCE FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

• Experience in the real estate or multifamily industry
• Familiarity with tools such as YARDI; RentCafe, SOCi, or similar marketing/CRM platforms
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
