Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead brand and commercial marketing initiatives across multiple restaurant concepts. The role requires strong brand stewardship, data-driven campaign execution, and close collaboration with operations, culinary, and executive leadership to drive traffic, revenue growth, and brand equity.
This is a hands-on leadership role balancing strategic planning and execution across digital, in-store, and partnership channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Commercial Strategy
- Lead integrated marketing strategy across multiple restaurant brands
- Translate brand positioning into measurable traffic and revenue growth
- Drive seasonal, product launch, and promotional calendar planning
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and guest experience across channels
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, CRM, and performance marketing
- Manage agency partners, creative development, and media optimization
- Drive localized store marketing initiatives and mall partnerships
- Support delivery platform marketing and online reputation management
- Translate guest data, sales trends, and market signals into campaigns
- Track marketing ROI and optimize acquisition and retention funnels
- Monitor competitive restaurant landscape and emerging F&B trends
- Partner closely with Operations, R&D, and Finance teams
- Support new store launches and brand refresh initiatives
- Mentor junior marketing team members and external partners
- 6–10+ years marketing experience (F&B, retail, hospitality, or consumer brands preferred)
- Proven experience managing multi-location or multi-brand portfolios
- Strong digital marketing and performance marketing capability
- Strong commercial mindset — understands traffic, conversion, and unit economics
- Comfortable working in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management (operations-heavy environment)
