Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in real estate
• Proven track record in property/project marketing (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
• Experience in digital and traditional campaigns, property launches, lead generation, and broker/sales coordination

• Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and buyer segments to recommend positioning and pricing strategies
• Branding: Develop project identity, ensure consistent branding, and produce marketing collateral
• Digital Marketing: Manage online platforms, paid campaigns, and SEO/SEM to maximize visibility
• Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads, monitor conversion rates, and support the buyer journey
• Sales Support: Provide tools, training, and align campaigns with sales targets
• Events: Organize launches, open houses, and broker briefings
• Reporting: Prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with real estate regulations
