What You Will Do
Acquisition Strategy Leadership
- Define and lead the global digital acquisition strategy, adapting the approach to each market and centre based on maturity, brand awareness and growth potential.
- Ensure an efficient channel mix (paid, organic, direct), optimising budget allocation to maximise return.
- Identify and activate new acquisition levers and channels — affiliates, influencer partnerships, digital partnerships, DOOH and beyond.
- Manage advertising investment with full ownership of ROAS.
- Establish the acquisition reporting framework: key KPIs (CAC, ROAS, qualified traffic, CR, cost per booking), attribution models and analysis cadence.
- Oversee and coordinate campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant channels — through agency or in-house resources.
- Ensure alignment between paid media strategy and business objectives by market.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external agencies and platforms where applicable.
- Analyse campaign performance and propose continuous data-driven optimisations.
- Strategically lead group-wide SEO with market and language adaptations, coordinating execution with agency or internal team.
- Develop and implement a GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategy to maximise AIRE's presence in AI-generated search responses.
- Oversee technical, content and authority improvements across key markets.
- Ensure correct SEO structure in web projects — migrations, new openings and site launches.
- Identify, test and scale new traffic and acquisition sources not currently active.
- Design experiments with clear hypotheses, defined success metrics and scaling or kill criteria.
- Collaborate with the Web/CRO team to improve conversion rates on acquired traffic.
- Between 4–6 years of proven experience in digital acquisition strategy and management, with measurable results in CAC, ROAS or cost per conversion.
- Demonstrated management of advertising budgets of at least €700K/year.
- Experience in e-commerce, tourism or online direct booking businesses.
- Experience in multi-market or international environments.
- Background in hospitality, wellness, retail or lifestyle brands is desirable.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Business or related field, with strong grounding in digital marketing, SEO/GEO and digital advertising.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads. Required.
- Google Search Console, GA4. Required.
- Advanced SEO and GEO: technical, content and authority. Required.
- Attribution modelling. Valued.
- SEMrush / Moz or similar. Valued.
- Criteo, programmatic, DOOH, affiliate channels. Valued.
- Makes data-driven decisions without losing sight of business context and brand positioning.
- Communicates results clearly to non-technical stakeholders — translating digital metrics into business impact.
- Identifies problems and proposes solutions autonomously, without waiting to be asked.
- Actively collaborates with cross-functional teams.
