Retail Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

• Project Management of Exclusive Store, SIS/Corner proposals, Design Stage, Costing, Bidding, Construction, and Opening
• Handles all legal documents in BPM System prior exclusive store construction
• Project management of Shop Expansion by checking the asset saturation per location and asset distribution nationwide
• Project management of Shop Expansion such as mapping, quantity, and budget proposal
• Asset management monitoring such as Exclusive store, SIS/Corner, Stand Alone Modules, Signage, Laptop Stand, and NB Locks
• Project management of Store merchandising, store coverage, visiting frequency, people staffing and strategic distribution
• Retail Operation online data, e-Sales, & Channel Map management of retail assets
• Management of Retail Operation Budget, Post-Events, Project Management, and Marketing claims

Admin Works

• Channel Marketing budget management and execution
• Identifies areas of improvements, adjust and innovates existing work procedures and practices
• Coordination with marketing department and channel sales on any related matter in relation to retail

What You'll Bring:

• At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
• Driven by a strong motivation to achieve targets and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Process-oriented with a focus on efficiency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; passionate about people development, cost management, and effective leadership
• Willingness to travel throughout the city, including visits to malls
