Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze portfolio and product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and sustainable growth.
• Lead Pricing & Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives and pricing architecture projects.
• Develop and monitor promotional strategies, evaluate ROI, and improve promotional investment effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to drive growth through volume, value, and product mix optimization.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG within Commercial Excellence, Portfolio Management, Category Management, Pricing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Pricing & Revenue Growth Management principles and tools.
• Proven experience in portfolio optimization and assortment management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
