The Encompass Group is seeking a Marketing & Operations Manager for a well-established professional financial services firm in the Dallas area. What You'll Do

• Create an outstanding first impression by welcoming clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Support marketing initiatives, social media presence, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Manage office supplies, kitchen organization, and general workplace operations.
• Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects.
• Learn and utilize new technology, software, and AI tools to improve processes and efficiency.
• Take ownership of projects and proactively identify ways to improve the client and office experience.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in office administration, operations, marketing, client services, hospitality, executive support, or a related field.
• A warm, energetic, and naturally welcoming personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Tech savvy with a passion for learning new systems and embracing emerging technology.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and jump in wherever needed.
