Pricing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Pricing Manager with a strong background in freight forwarding to develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance our competitive edge and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the ability to analyze data to inform pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage pricing strategies for our freight forwarding services
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align pricing with business goals
• Prepare and present pricing proposals to clients
• Monitor pricing performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing management, preferably within the freight forwarding industry
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
