Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, responsible for overseeing daily operations, performance, and growth of the local branch. This role includes managing branch staff, setting clear objectives, monitoring operational workflows, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with WAJJAD’s standards. The Branch Manager will track financial and operational metrics, manage budgets, and drive business development initiatives to expand the branch’s client base and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities also include implementing company policies, coordinating with headquarters on strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the rollout and adoption of WAJJAD’s digital platforms in the local market. The role requires proactive problem-solving, team coaching, and continuous improvement of processes to maintain an efficient, collaborative branch environment.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in branch, operations, or business unit management, preferably within technology, financial, or B2B service environments.
- Strong leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in branch operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to implement processes and policies that ensure compliance, operational control, and service quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
- Comfort with digital platforms, data-driven decision-making, and technology-enabled workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in or with regional markets (MENA) and familiarity with governance-driven or asset-backed sectors is an advantage.
