The role will focus on designing and managing scalable processes to accelerate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, maximise Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and reduce customer churn across the TrendAI customer base.

Using data-driven insights, including customer health scoring, renewal risk analysis, forecasting, and pipeline quality metrics, the successful candidate will enable sales leaders and sellers to make informed, evidence-based decisions and proactively manage ARR and revenue risk. The position reports to the Director Business Operations – Europe.

Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and maintaining ARR, NRR, forecasting, and pipeline health dashboards for Sellers, Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, QBRs, and management meetings, ensuring visibility of key business metrics across Iberia.
  • Supporting quota and target planning with appropriate revenue and ARR coverage for GTM teams in collaboration with local Business Unit (BU) leadership.
  • Reviewing sales opportunities to ensure alignment with Sales Compensation Plans and supporting commission management processes for GTM roles.
  • Partnering with Deal Desk and Sales Support teams on complex commercial opportunities within the region.
  • Leading revenue and ARR planning and forecasting activities, providing accurate and timely business insights to support decision-making across Iberia.
  • Working closely with Sellers and Customer Success teams to maintain CRM data quality and accurate customer lifecycle management.
  • Ensuring new internal processes and policy updates are clearly communicated, understood, and consistently adopted across GTM teams.
  • Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams to identify at-risk accounts and support proactive churn prevention and customer expansion strategies using customer health and product adoption data.
  • Supporting sales teams in the execution of global and regional GTM programmes, including competitive displacement initiatives and customer expansion campaigns.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based enterprise environment. Experience with recurring revenue models, renewals, and customer lifecycle management is highly valued.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce, or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Strong reporting and analytics capabilities, including dashboard creation and KPI tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI and analytics tools.
  • Practical experience using AI productivity and analytics tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT to improve operational efficiency and insights.
  • Strong focus on data accuracy, reporting quality, and actionable business metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex or ambiguous topics into clear recommendations and insights for stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with interest in innovation, process improvement, and new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese or additional languages are a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Madrid-based.
  • Will require some travel to regional offices.
