Inviting applications for the role of Marketing Operations Specialist
Responsible for executing and optimizing operational processes related to CRM platforms, commercial operations, customer information management, digital channels, and business support tools. This role manages multiple requests of moderate complexity, develops operational solutions, provides market analysis, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, adoption, and effective utilization of commercial platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple operational requests related to CRM platforms and connected systems, developing solutions for moderately complex requirements.
- Provide support to end users, business leaders, and commercial channels on CRM-related activities.
- Manage CRM operational activities, including report creation and export, dashboard maintenance, information management, team reassignment, lead imports, and support for commercial processes.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, integrity, and availability within commercial platforms.
- Support users and stakeholders by troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions.
Market Analysis & Marketing Support
- Prepare market reports related to customer trends, channels, competitors, and commercial opportunities.
- Analyze customer and market information to generate insights that support business decision-making.
- Execute marketing tactics identified within commercial and marketing plans.
- Support initiatives focused on improving customer experience and channel effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and provide relevant insights to support business strategies.
Commercial Operations & Process Support
Provide operational support for processes related to:
- Product information management.
- Digital asset management.
- Website and mobile application operations.
- Channel operations and e-commerce activities.
- Sales productivity solutions and tools.
- Intranet operations.
- Standard pricing and maintenance.
- Differentiated pricing.
- Proposals and quotations.
- Commercial agreements.
- Merchandising activities.
- Pricing optimization and analysis.
- Customer insights within CRM platforms.
Continuous Improvement & Standardization
- Review existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support the creation, documentation, and maintenance of new SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement improvements to daily processes related to CRM platforms and supporting systems.
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and optimization of operational processes.
Project & Initiative Management
- Lead or participate in projects focused on improving commercial processes and increasing CRM platform adoption.
- Coordinate initiatives to enhance effective usage of digital tools among users and commercial teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business needs.
- Track project activities, deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
- Support change management activities related to new processes, systems, and tools.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Operations, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Experience in commercial operations, CRM, marketing operations, sales operations, or related business functions.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and digital commercial tools.
- Experience managing multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Experience participating in or leading process improvement initiatives.
- Experience creating reports, analyzing data, and supporting business decisions.
- Knowledge of CRM processes, commercial data management, and digital operations.
- Ability to analyze information, generate reports, and identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address moderately complex issues through analysis and critical thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Knowledge of SOP development, process documentation, and operational standardization.
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar systems).
- Experience using reporting and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with collaboration tools and digital business platforms.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools, campaign management platforms, and customer engagement solutions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing processes, lead management, customer segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
