Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized LTR Property Manager (French Speaker) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our long-term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English and have hands-on experience managing residential properties, coordinating with tenants and vendors, and ensuring smooth property operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of long-term rental properties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors in both French and English.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and lease terminations.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Monitor rent collections, lease compliance, and tenant documentation.
- Maintain accurate tenant records, lease agreements, and property documentation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with tenants to ensure a positive rental experience.
- Prepare operational and occupancy reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local property management regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Rental (LTR) Property Management or Residential Property Management.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, and property operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S., Canadian, or European property management companies.
- Familiarity with property management systems such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Rent Manager, or similar software.
- Experience handling rent collection, lease renewals, and maintenance coordination.
- Background in customer service, real estate, or residential leasing.
- Previous experience working remotely with distributed teams.
