Hiring: Facilities Manager – Facilities Management

We are looking for an experienced Facility Management Manager to oversee operations across residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hard and soft FM services, leading operational teams, maintaining client relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving operational excellence across all assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FM operations across multiple residential and commercial projects
• Ensure delivery of services as per contract scope, SLA, and company standards
• Manage preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and outsourced services
• Supervise FM Engineers, Coordinators, Supervisors, and technical teams
• Monitor operational performance, quality standards, and site readiness
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and monthly performance reviews
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Manage vendors and outsourced services including landscaping, pest control, façade cleaning, elevators, and pool maintenance
• Prepare operational reports, maintenance updates, KPI reports, and compliance documentation
• Ensure health, safety, and UAE regulatory compliance across all sites
• Support business development, mobilization, and onboarding of new projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facility Management
• More than 5 years of experience in Facilities Management operations
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of hard services, soft services, BMS, and maintenance planning
• Experience managing multiple sites and large operational teams
• Proficient in CMMS/CAFM systems and FM software
• Strong leadership, communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
• UAE driving license required
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
