An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Principal Go-to-Market Lead to join one of the region's most innovative AI technology organisations in Abu Dhabi.

Our client is developing next-generation AI products and platforms designed to serve tens of thousands of users across a rapidly expanding portfolio. As the organisation continues to scale, they are seeking a strategic leader to build and shape their Go-to-Market function from the ground up.

Discover the Role

As the Principal Go-to-Market Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading the organisation's Product Marketing and Go-to-Market capability. You'll own the product story, create scalable launch frameworks, and ensure every product delivers measurable user adoption and business impact.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Executive Leadership teams, you will translate complex AI technologies into compelling value propositions that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Leading a dedicated team embedded within product squads, you'll ensure products are not only successfully launched, but consistently understood, adopted, and championed by users.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Go-to-Market function, hiring and developing a high-performing Product Marketing team.
• Define positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across the entire AI product portfolio.
• Establish world-class product narratives in both English and Arabic.
• Develop scalable Go-to-Market playbooks covering product launches, feature releases, and enterprise rollouts.
• Create executive presentations, sales enablement content, onboarding materials, training programmes, and communication frameworks.
• Measure product adoption through meaningful engagement metrics rather than simple user access or deployment.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ensure customer insights directly influence future product development.
• Manage external agencies across branding, communications, enablement, and Go-to-Market initiatives.
• Act as the strategic voice of the customer, ensuring every product launch delivers clear business value and user engagement.

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Go-to-Market leadership.
• At least 6 years of experience leading Product Marketing teams.
• Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging strategy, storytelling, and market differentiation.
• Proven success managing Go-to-Market strategy across multiple products within a high-growth technology or AI environment.
• Experience building Product Marketing or Go-to-Market functions from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success leading product marketers within cross-functional product squad structures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting executive-level messaging and presentations.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value.
