Field Marketing Manager
Indexed description
Timextender helps mid-market organisations build AI-ready, trusted data foundations—so teams can deliver analytics and AI outcomes faster, with governance built in and without lock-in. Our platform automates and standardises the data lifecycle through a metadata-driven approach, enabling business and technical teams to work from a consistent, decision-grade view of data. We work across the UK, Nordics and wider Europe with customers and partners who value speed, quality, and long-term flexibility.
The role
As Field Marketing Manager, you will own regional field execution and event-led demand generation across Timextender's hybrid go-to-market model - direct and partner-led. You’ll plan and deliver high-impact programs—events, executive engagements, and workshops—that create qualified meetings, influence pipeline, and strengthen our presence in key markets.
This role is equally accountable for both go-to-market tracks: program strategy, execution quality, lead capture and rapid lead routing to the right go-to-market path. You will own the full event lifecycle end-to-end, operating as part of a lean, high-ownership team and working closely with SDR/BDR and Sales to turn engagement into booked meetings and progressed opportunities.
This role is based in Denmark. You must already reside in Denmark and have full, unrestricted right to work there. Sponsorship or relocation is not available for this position.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and manage a quarterly field calendar across regional events, executive dinners, workshops, trade shows and community programs.
- Define event selection criteria and business cases (audience fit, target accounts, expected meeting yield, expected pipeline, strategic value).
- Deliver end-to-end execution: vendors, venues, agendas, speakers, staffing, run-of-show and attendee experience.
- Create compelling value propositions and CTAs that convert (meeting, workshop, assessment, demo).
- Own lead capture standards and required fields; ensure GDPR-compliant data handling and clean attribution.
- Run post-event processing: dedupe, enrichment, segmentation and routing—prospect/customer leads to the Direct team; partner/alliance leads to the Partner team.
- Align follow-up workflows with SDR/BDR: speed-to-lead SLAs, scripts, sequences and escalation paths.
- Run post-event reporting and retrospectives: meeting conversion, sales acceptance, pipeline impact, learnings and next actions.
- Manage field budget and ROI by program type; standardise playbooks to reduce time-to-launch and improve repeatability.
- Partner with Sales, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing and RevOps/Marketing Ops to continuously improve conversion and reporting integrity.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in dedicated B2B field marketing (primary specialisation), regional demand generation, or events. SaaS preferred.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of the full field marketing lifecycle: event identification and prioritisation, strategy, logistics, pre- and post-event communications, lead follow-up, and reporting.
- Proven ability to run programs that drive revenue outcomes (meetings, pipeline), not just attendance.
- Strong operational discipline: lead capture, routing, attribution and post-event follow-up are second nature.
- Experience partnering with SDR/BDR and Sales teams on SLAs, conversion targets and feedback loops.
- Comfortable operating in a lean, self-sufficient environment where individuals own a wide range of activities themselves.
- Confident stakeholder manager who can work cross-functionally and influence without friction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging senior audiences.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure during live programs.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with partner-led field programs or alliance marketing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and event tech stacks.
- Experience running executive programs (roundtables, dinners, workshops).
Why join us?
- Build, don’t maintain. You’ll shape a scalable field engine and leave a clear operating footprint.
- Revenue impact is real. You’ll work in a commercial, outcome-driven environment where field marketing is tied directly to meetings and pipeline.
- Close to the action. Tight collaboration with SDR/BDR, Sales and Partners means fast feedback and visible wins.
- A strong story to take to market. You’ll represent a clear, differentiated platform focused on AI-ready, trusted data.
- High trust, high ownership. You’ll have autonomy to run programs end-to-end—and the support to do them properly.
