Senior Manager – Growth Markets & Business Operations

THE ROLE: GROWTH, OPERATIONS & EXECUTION

This is NOT just a media buying job. Acting as our operational co-pilot and growth engine, you will OWN revenue and seamless business execution. You will manage our end-to-end acquisition pipeline, optimize operations, and extract greater lifetime value from our existing customer base.

Your First 90 Days (Success Metrics)

• Retention & Reactivation:

Generate measurable repeat revenue from past buyers (your #1 mission).

Acquisition & Efficiency: Move CPA closer to our ₹200 target with stable, profitable campaigns. Operational Leaks: Reduce Add-to-Cart to Checkout drop-off (currently ~23%) via rapid funnel execution.

Reporting Systems: Set up a strict reporting cadence for performance and operational tracking.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Business Operations & Execution: Streamline workflows across tools (Zoho, Meta, Shopify/Web platforms), ensuring tasks, campaigns, and optimizations are executed flawlessly and on time.

Meta Ads & Funnels: Daily optimization, preventing learning-phase resets, killing underperformers fast, and executing landing-page experiments. Repeat Revenue: Drive email, WhatsApp, and retargeting operations to revive high-value offers.

Copywriting: Write and deploy high-converting ad scripts and landing-page copy (Hindi/Hinglish). Data Discipline: Maintain absolute data integrity. Read dashboards accurately to bridge the gap between marketing numbers and business realities

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5–8 years driving Meta Ads & Growth for a D2C/e-commerce brand or performance agency. Business Operations: Strong execution skills. You know how to build processes, track project health, and align multiple moving parts (CRM, analytics, creatives).

Data & Analytical Prowess: Advanced comfort with Excel, analytics tools, and making data-backed decisions.

Stellar Copywriting: Ability to write converting ad and funnel copy in Hindi/Hinglish. Owner Mindset: You aspire to grow into a leadership role, not just clock in hours.
