Commission Sales Associate

Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Allpac Container Inc. in Windsor, ON. The associate is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and promoting Allpac’s packaging products and services to meet client needs. Daily activities include prospecting leads, conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, preparing quotations, and following up to close deals and achieve sales targets. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, tracking account activity, coordinating with internal teams on order details, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The associate works on a commission-based structure, requiring consistent performance, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business in a B2B environment.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities, with experience in account maintenance and follow-up communication.
• Solid business communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional email writing, and presentation capabilities.
• Basic proficiency with office and CRM software tools for managing contacts, opportunities, and sales reporting.
• Knowledge or interest in packaging, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors is an asset.
• Proven ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and organize daily activities to meet sales goals.
• Comfort with a commission-based compensation structure and motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits in the Windsor, ON area.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
