Here's what you'll do day to day:

• Responsible for outbound prospecting to support the HCM Sales Team
• Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, direct mail, or other local marketing programs as directed by sales management
• Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by agreed-upon dates set by sales management

Here's what we're looking for:

• 0 - 2 years of prospecting and phone-based sales/service experience
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred
• Ambitious, competitive, and highly self-motivated individual
• Detail and follow up oriented
• Excellent customer service and listening skills
• Projecting a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community
• Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills

Dominion Payroll offers competitive pay and equitable compensation practices. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The targeted hiring base salary range for this role is between $40,000 and $45,000 with ability to earn monthly commission. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, and geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
