TELEVISOR is a creative video studio in Warsaw, part of an international group. We blend craft, 3D animation and generative AI to make films and campaigns for brands worldwide.

We're looking for someone to grow our client base — in Poland and internationally.

Not an account-chaser. Someone who opens doors and sells an idea — not just a rate card.

A strong player who fits the team and has their back when it gets hard. Disarming, and easy to trust — which counts, because we put you in front of clients often.

You'll:

• Find and win new business in Poland and abroad
• Build direct, lasting relationships with brands, agencies and partners
• Own your pipeline — from prospecting to closing
• Represent us at festivals and industry events — we're on the road a lot
• Track the market and move before the competition does / spot opportunities early

You have:

• 3+ years winning new business in media (advertising, production or creative studio background is a strong plus)
• A real network — or the instinct to build one, the right way
• Fluent English and Polish (every extra language is a plus)
• Sharp negotiation skills
• A genuine interest in film, animation, and where AI is taking them
