Client Development Representative with German
Indexed description
As a Client Development Representative, you’ll be the first person potential clients hear from. Your role isn’t to close deals - it’s to start genuine conversations. You will reach out to pharmaceutical companies across Europe and Asia-Pacific, connect with the right people, earn their attention, and hand off well-qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.
Here’s why this domain is worth learning: pharmaceutical serialisation is a legal requirement that affects every drug moving through a supply chain in Europe and Asia-Pacific. When it breaks down, products can be pulled, shipments fail compliance, and manufacturers face regulatory action. The companies this team supports want to prevent exactly that - and they’re looking for partners who understand the stakes. It’s a niche that rewards people who are genuinely curious about how complex systems work.
The client base spans Western Europe and Asia-Pacific, so outreach happens in English as the default
Full training is provided. What matters most is discipline, a structured approach, and the confidence to drive outbound activity at volume.
What You Will Do
Open doors through outbound outreach
- Conduct structured outbound calls to pharmaceutical manufacturers, CMOs, and distributors across Europe and APAC - you’ll build pipeline through volume outreach, and you’ll be comfortable with that rhythm
- Connect with decision-makers - supply chain managers, compliance leads, senior executives - via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Lead conversations that focus on understanding their challenges, not pitching right away
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team
- Research target accounts: who they are, what regulatory pressures they face, and whether they’re a genuine fit
- Follow up on inbound leads from webinars, events, and marketing campaigns
- Log every interaction in Zoho CRM - calls, emails, outcomes, next steps - clearly and consistently
- Prepare concise briefing notes for Account Executives before each meeting
- Share weekly performance reports with activity data and observations from the field
