Inside Sales Representative

Elite Supply Partners is looking for a highly experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Longview, TX branch. We're looking for a candidate with inside sales experience in the PVF industry. #ESP

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Utilize sales and product knowledge to promote the company’s products and increase customer base
• Call potential and existing customers to sell the company’s products and services
• Set profit margins and pricing for regular orders, large orders and quotes
• Procure and purchase products to fulfill orders
• Monitor technical and business objectives of prospective customers
• Negotiate and prepare material bids for significant clients by setting pricing and profit margins and formulating all plan details
• Provide purchasing feedback as it relates to inventory levels, dead stock and new product evaluation
• Maintain acceptable profit margins to maintain/increase company’s over-all financial health
• Manage MRO/Alliance and all existing customers
• Monitor quality control and implement operating practices to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor ship dates and back orders
• Supervise billing and delivery of product to customers
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Setup and maintain customer data base
• Work cohesively with outside sales team
• Maintain customer satisfaction (product accuracy, delivery, billing)
• Participate in on-call sales schedules

• Communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational habits
• Computer proficiency
• Mathematical skills to calculate profit percentages, margins, totals, inventory levels and etc.
• Customer focus and relationship building
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• A professional, helpful demeanor both on the phone and in person
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Previous inside sales experience in the PVF industry.
