THE ROLE

We are looking for a hungry, ambitious Sales Representative to join our growing US sales team in San Jose. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting enterprise AI companies in the market. You will be on the front lines of expanding MICH's customer base in North America, generating new pipeline, and supporting the sales team in closing enterprise deals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

> Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events

> Identify and engage key decision-makers (IT Directors, CIOs, Operations Managers, Plant Managers) at target accounts

> Conduct market research to map potential customers in manufacturing, biotech, finance, and government sectors

> Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools

> Prepare and present sales reports, weekly pipeline updates, and market intelligence summaries to leadership

> Deliver compelling product demos and presentations using MICH's solution decks and demo environments

> Collaborate closely with senior sales and technical teams to advance deals through the pipeline

> Track competitor activity and market trends to sharpen MICH's positioning

> Support ad hoc sales projects and tasks assigned by your supervisor

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

> Required: Bachelor's degree or above (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred)

> Required: Willingness to make cold calls and conduct outbound prospecting

> Required: Ability to work on-site in our Los Gatos office 5 days per week

> Driven, self-motivated, and genuinely hungry to build a career in enterprise AI sales

> Strong logical thinking with a structured, organized approach to managing tasks and priorities

> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

> Confident presentation skills - comfortable speaking to senior business and technical stakeholders

> High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude - startup environments move fast and so do we

> Experience selling into manufacturing, financing, government, or industrial markets is a strong advantage

WHAT MICH OFFERS

Base Salary + On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Commissions

Base salary $60k - $100k DOE, plus competitive bonus and uncapped commission.

Bonus: Earned by hitting lead gen and meeting-set targets.
