Role OverviewThe Occupational Medicine Business Development Representative is responsible for expanding the Occupational Health program in South Carolina by building new client relationships, supporting client needs, and ensuring excellent service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with target clients.
- Coordinate clinic tours and visits for prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients.
- Collaborate with support staff to set up client protocols.
- Ensure client satisfaction through responsive service.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve new business revenue targets and support growth plans.
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience; Occupational Health experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Critical thinking, goal setting, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and client outreach techniques.
- Willingness to travel regionally within SC.
