We are looking for a Commercial Operations Expert to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing supplier relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and optimizing commercial processes to ensure sustainable growth and competitive advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers – act as the main point of contact, participate in meetings, and negotiate commercial and marketing activities.
  • Analyze market trends and propose strategies to ensure competitive advantage and optimize the product portfolio.
  • Identify and recommend new partners for establishing business relationships.
  • Coordinate the execution of agreements and commitments related to purchases, sales, turnover, and growth targets.
  • Forecast and plan purchases and sales in line with discount targets and commercial terms.
  • Manage promotional activities – set up campaigns, check stock availability, monitor performance, and track compensations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and analyses within agreed deadlines.
  • Provide technical and administrative support – assist with new product setup, prepare offers, handle correspondence, and support team initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy or related field;
  • 1+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, sales analysis or similar position in the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Word, Power Point and similar tools;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and commercial data sources;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Proficient in MS Office.
