Junior Sales

Our client is an established manufacturing company focused on developing and producing high-quality product lines in two main areas: injection molding and thermoforming. Due to the expansion of their business, the company is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Sales Representative to join their team in Sofia.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update price lists.
• Process and track customer requests and orders.
• Communicate daily with customers and internal departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Nurture relationships with current clients and monitor their satisfaction.
• Identify potential new customers and assist with initial contact and product presentations.
• Track market opportunities and inquiries to expand the client portfolio.
• Assist in preparing offers, presentations, and sales materials.
• Prepare and maintain customer files, reports, analyses, and forecasts.
• Monitor shipments, deliveries, and related internal processes.
• Assist with complaints, credit/debit notes, and customer documentation.
• Work with Excel, ERP systems, and internal documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent command of written and spoken Bulgarian. English is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, ERP systems, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and a disciplined approach to work.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with different departments and clients.
• Desire to develop professionally in the sales field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Team player with high adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Motivation to learn, improve, and grow long-term within the company.
