Junior Sales Specialist with English

For our trusted partner, a leading international company in the field of innovative ergonomic office furniture, we are currently seeking a Junior Sales Specialist with proficiency in English to join their team in Sofia.

Your responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients;

• Introduce the company and their office solutions;

• Schedule online or in-person meetings for the B2B Sales team;

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system;

• Contact targeted prospect lists and follow established processes.

Our requirements:

• Excellent communication and people skills;

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn;

• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented personality;

• Confidence when communicating over the phone;

• Good computer skills;

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is an advantage, but not required – full training will be provided;

•Good command of the English language.
