Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Representative role based in Sofia. In this position, the Junior Sales Representative will support the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting introductory calls, and presenting Sellavi’s e-commerce solutions to prospective clients. The role includes maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on inquiries, and assisting with the preparation of proposals and presentations. The Junior Sales Representative will collaborate closely with marketing, customer support, and account management to ensure a positive client experience and help merchants successfully adopt Sellavi’s platform. The role involves meeting individual and team sales targets while actively participating in product and sales training to continuously build skills.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Client relationship and sales skills, such as basic negotiation, lead qualification, and a customer-centric approach.
- Organizational and analytical abilities, including time management, attention to detail, and comfort working with data and CRM tools.
- Interest in e-commerce and digital platforms, with readiness to learn about SaaS solutions and online retail trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia, collaborate in a team environment, and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is beneficial but not mandatory for junior candidates.
