Description
As a Compensation Business Partner you will partner closely People Business Partners to influence and provide guidance on Apple's compensation programs.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Leaders and People Business Partners, offering expert data-driven guidance and persuasive and innovative recommendations and on compensation philosophy, policy, and practice.
Lead compensation projects, from concept to execution, including continuous enhancement of compensation programs and practices (e.g., base pay structures, incentive plans, recognition programs), ensuring alignment with Apple's Global Compensation Philosophy and business objectives.
Lead the annual compensation planning process for assigned business groups, including managing large data sets related to compensation budgets and compensation planning processes
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with HR, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams, as well as within the broader Compensation organization, to ensure integrated and effective solutions.
Gathering and analyzing compensation data to perform analysis and support business needs, for example, job offers, competitive positioning analysis, job leveling and job family reviews and recommendations and other ad hoc analysis
Contribute to the implementation and communication of base salary, bonus, and equity programs; and compensation policies and practices

MBA
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of experience as a compensation consultant or compensation business partner
Exceptional knowledge of Excel
Experience and comfort with large, complex data sets
Experience with MarketPay, Tableau, and/or Workday a plus
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $178,800 and $268,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
