Job Summary
- Generate corporate leads, approach prospective clients, and manage Professional Services accounts.
- Increase customer satisfaction, identify customer needs and maintain alignment with current services in Professional Services.
- Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the departments.
- Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Min. 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting Services, or a related role.
- Experience in managing B2B clients and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Willing to work on-site in Jakarta
