About the Role

At SCG Indonesia, business development is about identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and creating solutions that drive sustainable growth. You will work across our cement & building materials, packaging, and trading businesses, connecting with partners, distributors, and project owners to expand SCG’s market presence in Indonesia.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in industrial, construction, and packaging sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and government stakeholders.
  • Lead market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design proposals, pricing strategies, and solution packages.
  • Manage the full business development cycle—from prospecting to deal closing—ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
  • Coordinate with regional SCG offices to develop cross-border opportunities.
  • Represent SCG at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Understanding of industrial or B2B markets is an advantage.
