Junior Level

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Target Market: Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Handle and own inbound sales development process for Small & Medium Businesses in Indonesia
• Be exposed to outbound lead generation efforts using a variety of sales tools
• Involves performing detailed research and qualification of leads and prospects in the CRM
• Reaching out to leads and prospects via a multi-combo approach through multiple channels like phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn etc.
• Be a partner to the Account Executive teams in closing clients in the growth segment
• Come up with strong Points of View and Use Cases to share with clients
• Handle objections from clients, and share Sleekflow's Unique Value Proposition
• Involve in our International Market Expansion
• Work collaboratively across different Business Units i.e. sales, customer support, partnership and training team in Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong
• Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value

Requirements

• Hungry, Driven and Coachable
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Being able to communicate effectively in English is preferred

Desired Skills

• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong references
• Strong computer skills, including CRM, PowerPoint, and Excel
