We are looking for a Sales Representative — Conferences Division to join our sales team in Bradenton, Florida. This is an opportunity to build client relationships in a fast-moving, high-energy business that serves conferences and conventions, live events, hotels, and hospitality brands.

About the role:
The Sales Representative will support and grow a book of business across the U.S. conference and conventions market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing details, solving customer problems, and helping customers select the right credentialing and wristband solutions for their events.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to manage inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate production timelines, follow up on artwork and deadlines, process orders, resolve issues, and help ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time. This will commonly involve contacting current and prospective clients, answering customer questions, quoting prices and delivery dates, preparing sales forms, providing product samples, consulting with clients after events for improvements, and accurately maintaining sales records in CRM.
What you’ll do:
Manage and grow customer relationships:
- Retain and grow an assigned book of business across the U.S. conference and convention market.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through timely, professional follow-up.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate badge, wristband, credential, and contactless RFID technology solutions.
- Support repeat business by delivering a strong customer experience before, during, and after each order.
Handle inbound sales inquiries, quotes, and orders
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, web forms, and phone.
- Prepare accurate quotes, pricing information, and product recommendations.
- Manage timely follow-ups and maintain accurate customer, order, and activity information in CRM.
- Send samples, communicate product details, and follow up on artwork, approvals, and order deadlines.
Coordinate order accuracy and production timelines
- Confirm lead times and keep customers informed throughout the production process.
- Ensure sales orders are accurate and approved before processing.
- Check stock levels, collect or follow up on payments, and help prevent delays through proactive communication.
- Work with internal partners to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.
Resolve customer issues and collaborate cross-functionally
- Help manage customer concerns related to delayed orders, quality issues, shipping status, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Art & Design, and Marketing to resolve customer needs and keep orders moving.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to protect client trust and support repeat business.
What success looks like
A successful Sales Representative will consistently deliver strong sales support, accurate order management, and excellent customer communication. KPIs for this role include:
- Growth and retention of assigned customer accounts.
- Timely follow-up on leads, quotes, artwork, payments, and order deadlines.
- Accurate CRM activity, customer notes, and order information.
- On-time coordination of production timelines and customer updates.
- Strong customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
- Collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Art & Design, and Logistics to support customer success.
What you bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests, quotes, deadlines, and order details at the same time.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to stay calm and solution-oriented when issues arise.
- Comfort using CRM systems, email, phone, and other business tools to manage customer activity and follow-up.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Logistics, Art & Design, and Marketing.
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to a growing team.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, customer success, customer service, hospitality sales, event sales, or conference/event operations.
- Experience preparing quotes, managing orders, following up on deadlines, or coordinating customer projects.
- Experience using CRM software and order management systems.
- Familiarity with live events, conferences, trade shows, badge credentials, wristbands, or RFID contactless technologies.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
