Riverhead Toyota, part of the Riverhead Motors Group, is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, energetic BDC Representative to help create an outstanding first impression for our customers.

You don't need years of dealership experience to be successful here. If you have exceptional customer service skills, confidence on the phone, and a drive to learn, we'll teach you the automotive side. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and potential.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers by phone, text, email, and online inquiries
• Build relationships and create a world-class customer experience
• Follow up with customers and ensure no opportunity is missed
• Keep customer information organized in our CRM
• Collaborate with an amazing team that celebrates success together

What We're Looking For

✔ Comfortable with technology and multitasking

✔ Automotive dealership experience is a plus—but not required
