Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. This role focuses on managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing, primarily through phone, email, and virtual communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions. Success in this role requires effective pipeline management, consistent follow-up, and collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach (calls, emails, and virtual meetings).

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

· Present products and services effectively, delivering tailored sales pitches and virtual demonstrations.

· Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline within CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.

· Meet or exceed individual sales and team targets and performance metrics.

· Negotiate pricing, address objections, and close sales in a professional and timely manner.

· Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to support campaigns and improve lead conversion.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account updates.

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

· Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.


Required Skills & Qualifications

· Typing Skills: High typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail.

· Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), database systems, and data entry software.

· Data Management Knowledge: Understanding of database structures, data systems, and best practices for data integrity.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently organize, track, and manage large volumes of data and physical/digital files.

· Analytical Skills: Aptitude for identifying data discrepancies, conducting revisions, and applying corrections.

· Communication: Clear professional written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal teams and Customers.

·Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain productivity.

· Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve shared data quality goals.


Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

· Prior experience in sales

· Familiarity with data quality standards and best practices.

· Experience generating basic reports or performing data analysis.


Working Conditions

· Office-based work, depending on company policy.

· Routine tasks with frequent interactions with internal systems and cross-departmental communication.
