As a Sales Consultant, your main duties will involve driving sales by actively promoting and selling high school programs, fostering relationships with prospective students and their parents, and ensuring a seamless sales process. You are expected to meet or exceed established sales targets and goals.
Areas of Responsibility:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Consultant is to oversee the sales pipeline meticulously, taking full ownership of all leads and inquiries from stage 0 to stage 3, following instruction from your Country Manager.
- Promotion and Sales:
- Promote high school programs to potential students and their parents by partnering with local high schools.
- Conduct outreach through various channels, including calls, emails, webinars, consultations, presentations, and fairs.
- Present program details, benefits, and application processes clearly and persuasively.
- Consulting and Development:
- Conduct consultations with prospective students and their parents to understand their goals and preferences.
- Manage leads and provide personalized program recommendations.
- Offer exceptional customer service to guide leads through the sales pipeline.
- Program Information:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about program offerings, dates, costs, campaigns, and requirements.
- Answer inquiries from prospective participants, parents, and other relevant parties.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales (minimum 4 years), education, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven sales track record.

- High Schools’ portfolio is a plus.

Salary: starting from 11.000€ a year plus bonuses for part-time position or 22.900€ a year plus bonuses for full-time position
Contract type: part-time or full time, permanent contract
Languages: Italian (native), English (B2 or upper)
