Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
• Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.
• Connect with HRs, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers to understand their hiring requirements.
• Convert leads into active clients and close staffing agreements.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Business Development experience in a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth.
