Business Development Executive – BIM/CAD Services (Experienced Only)

About Us :

We are a CAD and BIM production studio serving Architectural, Structural, MEPF, and General Contracting firms across the US. Our services include 2D drafting, 3D/BIM modeling, Revit production, Scan-to-BIM, and Scan-to-CAD workflows. We're growing our sales team and looking for someone who already understands this industry — not someone we need to train from scratch.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition for our BIM/CAD services in the US market. You'll own outreach, follow-ups, and closing conversations with decision-makers at architecture firms, building surveying companies, and MEPF/GC contractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (architects, surveyors, MEPF/GC contractors) in the US market
• Manage and grow a prospect database across email and LinkedIn
• Run and optimize email marketing/outreach campaigns
• Handle end-to-end sales conversations — from first contact to closing
• Prepare and send quotations and proposals
• Coordinate with production teams to understand service capabilities and turnaround
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
• Assist with invoicing and client account follow-ups as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development specifically within the BIM, CAD, AEC, or Scan-to-BIM industry
• Strong written English — you'll be communicating with US clients primarily over email
• Experience with cold outreach, email marketing tools, or CRM systems
• Understanding of BIM/CAD service offerings (Revit, drafting, MEPF, Scan-to-BIM, etc.)
• Self-driven, comfortable owning targets and pipeline independently
• Must be based in Pune and willing to work from office
