CTC: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Sales / Business Development

Your growth happens every 3 months based purely on performance:

3 Closures in a Quarter → 10% Salary Hike

6 Closures in a Quarter → 20% Salary Hike

Up to 5× of your monthly salary cost → 5% Incentive

Beyond 5× of your salary cost → 40% Incentive
